Helen & Anna Stadling on a mini-tour with the hit tour Snow and Marshals

“A perfect balance between Christmas feeling and the wintry melancholy” and “A Christmas concert that wraps the heart in lamb’s wool”. Praise poured in after Helen and Anna’s Christmas tour Snö & marshaller (Snow and Marshals) in the winter of 2022. In 2023, the duo took the success further to once again visit Stockholm and two new cities – Västerås and Örebro.

They were born a day apart at the same maternity hospital, grew up in Sundsvall and got to know each other at school and the girls’ choir they both sang in. From music grew a strong friendship that followed them through all the years – their careers have sometimes taken them in different directions, but the resonance between them has never died down.

The duo that Helen and Anna created as teenagers has been resurrected in batches with several successful collaborations over the years – after almost 40 years of friendship and musical encounters, they have collected the songs that they loved and lived with every Christmas.

In autumn 2022, they recorded the joint album Snow and Marshals – with everything from classic Christmas songs to newly written material and new Swedish translations. With the new album, they embarked on a celebrated Christmas tour of the same name. This year it’s that time again.
