Singer Helen Sjöholm may have taken a year off, but next year will be anything but quiet. Soon the family is expecting an addition – in the form of twins. Now the singer talks about the upcoming birth and the timeout.

Helen Sjöholm, 41, can soon be seen at the cinemas in “Simon and the Oaks,” where she plays the mother of Bill Skarsgård. In the real world her son is called Ruben and is four years old. His father, husband David Granditsky, 45, is a sound engineer. Helen has in a former Expressen interview said that they met at a party.

Soon five in the family
Soon the family, which lives in Nacka outside Stockholm, can look forward to being five instead of three. The “You Are My Man”-singer is namely pregnant with twins.
– They are expected at the beginning of next year, says Helen, and tells us that she has been feeling good during her pregnancy.
Helen, who last year played in both “Aniaria” at Stockholm’s City Theatre, toured with Benny Andersson Band and recorded “Simon and the Oaks” has previously said that she was looking forward to taking a year off from her so hectic schedule. Among other things she wanted to get more time with her son Ruben.
– I want to be at home and just laze around, she has previously told Expressen.

“Will be busy”
Now with the pregnancy, she gets a natural timeout. Though she doesn´t count on a lot of time left for the lazying around.
– It will be very busy, she says and looks down on her pregnant belly.
