Summer tour with Tommy Körberg

This summer, two of Sweden’s most beloved artists, Helen Sjöholm and Tommy Körberg, were embarking on a long-awaited and exclusive tour where, together with a six-man band, they offered their personal favorite songs. This intimate and close musical experience gave the audience a chance to get closer to both the music and the artists themselves, and gain a deeper insight into their lifelong friendship.

– We have longed to do this for a long time. It’s a personal journey through music that means a lot to both of us, Tommy said before the tour.

During the performances, the audience got a close and personal experience, where you really got to know the artists’ lives and got a deeper insight into their music, stories and friendship. After several years of collaboration in, among other things, the musical Chess, Änglagård and with Benny Andersson’s Orchestra, this was their first joint tour where the focus was on their own song choices and stories.

– Tommy knocked on the door with a song list in hand and said: ‘We’re going to do this,’ and that’s where it all started, said Helen.
