BAB MUSIC Benny Andersson has created his own genre. No one else let things in so boundlessly into his songs. It´s music that dances all the dances. Songs that are open to all emotions. The beautiful melancholy title song of loss and hope. ABBA sound in “En dag i sänder” (One day at a time) with Helen Sjöholm. Five of the 13 are instrumentals. Bjorn Ulvaeus’ charming lyrics, ”De ljuva drömmarnas orkester” (The Sweet Dreams Orchestra) captures perfectly the feeling of the gang’s interaction, with the tuba pounding like a big heart. A lovely new dose of BAB between polka and pop. The same, but completely new. Best track: “Jag hör…” (I hear) / “Vilar glad. I din famn” (Resting happy. In your arms). The album is in stores June 15.
