On September 20, 2024, Helen and Anna Stadling released a new joint song; Vår vänskap består.
They have chosen to record their own version of Abbas The way old friends do. Once again, they have received a fantastic present, like an early Christmas present, from Björn Ulvaues himself in the form of a Swedish translation.
On the same day, they write on social media:
After more than 40 years as friends, we are very happy that the conversations, the thoughts, the laughter, the care and not least the singing between us continue.
Today we release ”Vår vänskap består” – The way old friends do – and humbly thank Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus for the trust. Not least Björn for his nice translation.
