Accurate, robust and confident. One evening in June at the river’s river the crowd was invited to N\u00e4s\u00e5ker, to a night which most likely will be a part of the rest of the music summer. It was Saturday night and Helen Sj\u00f6holm with friends appeared on stage.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Helen Sj\u00f6holm does not come from N\u00e4s\u00e5ker. However, her grandmother does. Her grandmother didn\u00b4t just come from N\u00e4s\u00e5ker, but she also lived there all her life. Therefore, nobody is surprised to see that one or more steps on Helen Sj\u00f6holm’s road have been taken at this location: and perhaps even more specifically along Storgatan.<\/p>\n

\u2013 On Storgatan, I and my dear cousin Maria Lundberg sang for the ladies who wanted, and sometimes didn\u00b4t want to listen, she explains.<\/p>\n

(…) No less than Maria Lundberg, Jacke Sj\u00f6din and Klas Norberg together with Holmsten Trio played and sang together.<\/p>\n

One of the great hits for Helen Sj\u00f6holm and Maria Lundberg, when they were children, was Ted G\u00e4rdestad’s “Jag vill ha en egen m\u00e5ne” (I want a moon on my own) and they now took the opportunity to sing that song when they finally entered the big stage at the party venue in N\u00e4mforsen.<\/p>\n

\u2013 You should see what I see, Helen Sj\u00f6holm said, looking out over a sea of people.<\/p>\n

\u2013 I used to come here like a child, but at that time it was empty in the audience, Helen Sj\u00f6holm said.<\/p>\n
