Ballads, pop and musical, everything is offered during the evening and that’s pretty much what can be expected of a woman who finds it difficult to limit herself to a particular genre.<\/p>\n

In 1995 Helen made her breakthrough as Kristina in the musical Kristina fr\u00e5n Duvem\u00e5la. After that there have been more musicals but also records with for example Jojje Wadenius and Anders Widmark, a tour with Bj\u00f6rn Skifs and involvement in S\u00e5 ska det l\u00e5ta, Rhapsody in Rock and Alls\u00e5ng p\u00e5 Skansen. She has her biggest hit together with Benny Andersson Band (BAO), “Du \u00e4r min man” was on the Swedish charts for 278 weeks.<\/p>\n

With her on the stage are Jojje Wadenius, Martin \u00d6stergren, Ulric Johansson and Tomas Bergquist, who all of them are incredibly talented with their instruments. There are many anecdotes told in a humorous tone when the songs are presented, including when she fell and broke her knee and had to go to the gym, in the presentation of the song Moonshadow she tells us that Cat Stevens is Sissela Kyle’s cousin and when Martin \u00d6stergren is about to play the song Hanna flyger from the stage play Peter Pan, he jokes that Jojje didn’t want to wear a dress and be hoisted up to the ceiling in the way Hanna was. They also talk about how it is that they got into the music business, and play small pieces of the songs that inspired them as children – songs that they misinterpreted in a very funny way.<\/p>\n

Helen’s voice is strong and clear and for each song she sings she impresses more and more, even if the final is very nice with the songs Du \u00e4r min man and Gabriella’s s\u00e5ng, the highlight without a doubt is when she sings Laleh’s song “V\u00e5rens f\u00f6rsta dag”. Smashing!<\/p>\n
