On April 26, 2023, Helen participated, together with Tommy Körberg, in a tribute gala for Börje Salming at Berns in Stockholm.
The aim was to honor the Swedish ice hockey icon and at the same time raise money for als research. All surplus from the gala went to Börje Salming’s als foundation.
– We´re happy to be able to organize an evening for Börje and that so many well-known profiles from hockey, business and artists such as Helen Sjöholm and Tommy Körberg are participating and standing up for the foundation, said Karin Karlström, founder of the Börje Salming als foundation, in a press release.
